Pre-job training helps new employees to get familiar with company culture, all regulations and rules to integrate into our company as soon as possible.

In the process of pre-job training, our new employees will get the whole picture of our company by learning our history, current situation, future planning, company culture, organization structure, workflow, regulation and rules. We will conduct the following pre-job training for new employees.

• Department managers will lead new employees to pay a visit to our company and get familiar with their working environments. In this process, managers will distribute a copy of Employee Manual and Job Instructions to every new employee and help them get familiar with our company by learning company profile, business scope, operation philosophy, company culture, department business process, job duties, working procedures and methods, etc.
• Our pe-re-job training contents include job duties, professional skills/operating skills training, general business knowledge & skills, business flow, etc.
• Job characteristics, contents, requirements, devices, machine operating procedures as well as precautions on work safety and product quality.
• Code of business ethics and conduct case study and explanation, etc.

Through the pre-job training, new employees can get familiar with their job duties and requirements, adapt to the job and shorten the period of integrating into the new environment, new job and new company; In addition, it also allows new employees to make out a clear career plan and makes our organization structure more stable.
